Then the Fan Choy Auntie I buy 2 veggie 1 rice she count me price of 1 meat 1 veggie. She say curry veggie not counted as veggie coz got coconut milk. KNN. Last time i buy before twice also no problem. I just want a snack before class obviously I buy a little bit to eat only right? Put the price up there very clear but still dare to thock me. Today the chicken rice uncle damn cheebye. I see 2 meat 1 rice $2.50, I ask for that, 1 white chicken 1 roast chicken. He count me $4. I told him uncle, i'm student ley. He say 2 portions of meat $4. KNN. Then where's my extra portion of rice and cucumber? Alot of people I don't ge gao with him. But after that I go ask him. He say 2 meat = 1 chicken, 1 char siew. Then i say underneath you write meat = charsiew, chicken, roast chicken. damn misleading la. where got this type of reasoning one. Crazy bugger. They put the price up there don't follow. To top it off, my hot teh was salty. KNN...

I'm finally posting a blog
Guess what. A nerd tried to pick up my gf. Oh well. I mean I sorta expect guys to *try* to pick her up once in a while. That doesn't mean I like it. I do try to warn her. As a guy you can sense male tetestorone invading you radar. But sometimes, if not most of the times, she won't believe me and says I'm overreacting. Which to a certain degree (almost always) I am. I overreact because I can't stand the idea of some guy leaning against the door and going all let's do lunch kinda thing. Much less when I'm stuck over here at BTC. Damn you NUS. So today was another long day in which we're apart and she tells me a nerd tried to pick her up. Not a nerd. The nerd that called her the night before and frequently sms' her. I swear to god he's the most bloody thick skinned nerd I've ever heard about. Not met. I haven't met him yet. But well. I guess it's funny. But it's also disgusting to imagine that a nerd can be so thick skinned as to plonk himself down when she's at the canteen alone. She showed me his website. It was horrible. Kinda like Steven Lim but much more pathetic. Here was a guy that loved baring all (not naked) to everyone willing to watch. He basically updates his online journal faithfully. "Today I took a bus and I saw this girl sms'ing her friend. It was a sad message and I think I saw her cry after that. Sometimes I wish I was had someone special that I can pine or miss etc.' You get the drift. Mr Nerdypants wants a Mrs Nerdypants to get into his pants. Notwithstanding the scientific fact that most nerds are internet porn enthusiats, they're also pretty efficient with the computer. For hobbies he had listed 'basic html'. I almost posted a reply on his journal to the effect of 'you sad sad little man'. Yeah. That's what he basically is. A sad little man hiding away in his little computer world at the end of everyday. Just hoping that someone will read and message him. Message just to show him that someone still cares. Oh yeah. Going back to the message. I almost left the message but for a small sign at the bottom of the page which said 'your ip address will be logged etc etc etc' basic html cheebye. Thank you IT Law II! Wahaha. I dunno la. It's not so bad that she knows how to take care of herself. She knows or tries to avoid such weirdos. But the fact is they're classmates and she can't keep avoiding him all the time. I know he stalked her after class just to plonk himself down on that seat (he's got some big-ass nerd guts) but it's it just disgusting to know that other guys are just trying to be funny when you can't be around? And last time there was this disgusting (I like that word) or irritating (this might be more appropriate) gym instructor that kept messaging her can calling her sweetie and stuff. I mean. Please la. Respect people. If they don't reply back to your sms and don't pick up your calls, don't bother already can? I mean it's not her fault the cheebyes want to chase her. But I just don't like them being too friendly. There's a limit to my tolerance. Not her fault though, their fault. But what can I do? Not even a lawyer. So can only curse them lo. Hahaha. Then again I think back and realise that it's quite sad for them. Ok. Maybe sad for the nerd la. Gym instructor probably not as sad. But when you're a nerd, society basically condemns you to high hell. By society I mean me. You are there. You discuss sociology society things. You sit in a circle with your smelly friends talking about uninteresting subjects. You get orgasms from thinking about you being the one actually making that scientifc discovery/theory and not einstein. (I got the smelly friends from the grey tshirt guy this afternoon. Boy he stunk~) You basically have no life. If I had your website I'd rather die.
However, nerds are a human being too. So I can't be too harsh on you. I understand you didn't choose to be that way. It just sort of evolved there. You drew the short end of the evolution stick. You got stuck in the 80s. It's not your fault. Given a chance you might have been a cool kid. But somehow it just sorta ended up this way. Who can you blame? Your parents? Nah... Maybe you can blame society. (This time I don't mean me) for stereotyping your kind in all forms of media. (But hey, I liked Napolean Dynamite, see, you can be a cool nerd if you tried really really hard) I mean, nobody is inherently ugly. Except uglyhead (read Frankenstein #1 by Grant Morrison). Oh yeah. I sorta got reminded of him when I saw your photo. But honestly. No. Sorry. Don't even come near me. Elitist? No la. I prefer not to get infected. Hey, I'm a nerd at heart. I think. I mean nerds can be cool people as long as they don't behave like how people perceive them to be. Then they just become stereotypes themselves. If they try they might be able to join the normal human race. Maybe. But if that happens, science faculty will have very little people. But what really constitutes a nerd? Is it the specs? The haircut? The high pants? The dressing overall? The mannerisms? The smell? The huge bag <- variable? Or is it what they do? Hobbies like stamp collecting? Computer porn surfing? Html? Haha. I am deliciously brimming with rubbish at the moment. I could go on forever nitpicking at this nerd that I'm just so disgusted with.
Eeks.
Eeks.
Ah well, I might have been a tad mean for bashing him to this extent. Karma. Karma.

If you think the $100 burger at Millenia Walk was expensive...
I just paid $133 for a packet of Char Kway Teow. $3 black with prawns and $130 for crossing the double white line after getting it en route to NUS to looking for the equally #$%^&* law club receipt book.
Nabei.
TP so efficient when making money, but when got car accident so jia lat. Still can jam for mutha long.
$130 less for Bangkok, Pattaya and Changmai. That's like $3,250 Baht!
I can like. Do so much la.
Time to sell more toys...

Elections over. Same Gahmen.
What a sad election. For the hundred thousand that turned up at the WP rallies, you might think this election would be different. Unfortunately everything's the same, and that includes the biasness of the press. As many might have known, the Hougang rally pictures that have been circulating the internet have never made it into any newspaper. It is to this detriment that the general public do not have any idea that there ARE supporters for the opposition and that the ST is just a bloody unreliable piece of pangsai. I don't need to mention how they bend over backwards for the gahment and the PAP. I think we can safely see from the results that most of the general public are still clueless about the scale of opposition support in other constiutencies and perhaps they should seek to other avenues to gather more information to better aid their voting decision. But that's a matter for the next election.
I was particularly pissed that the election committee at Bedok Green were so inflexible regarding the voting process. On my way to the voting centre, I passed by some elderly folks walking and they seemed very much in pain (or maybe they're just old). After I was done voting and I stepped out of the school, I met the same old folks just reaching. Despite the distance being like less than 100m. There were so many elderly voters yet they refused to open a sidegate so that the old folks don't have to walk AROUND the school to get to the main entrance. Talk about caring for the people. Fookers. This reminds me of the PAP van that goes around spouting a recorded 'Vote for us.. etc'. Don't you think it's a stark contrast to the WP people going around waving and smiling in their van? The sincerity for one is a very good reason to vote opposition. The incumbents think too highly for themselves. They think the people want stability and that is something the opposition cannot offer them. So they ya ya just play recorded message and take the people for granted. Nabei.
And you know what? The majority are still stupid. As we can see from the votes. They think the incumbents = stability. But they don't realise that the only reason why there might be no stability if the oppositions are voted in is because of the incumbent's refusal to co-operate and generally making life difficult for them and their wards. So it all boils down to the incumbents again. They are therefore actually voting the incumbents so that their constituency will not have any government trouble. Sounds like secret society and protection rackets right? Hahaha...
Oh well. I guess Singaporeans may need another 5 years to wake up. Perhaps they'll realise their mistake soon when the prices of everything go up within the next 5 months. By then, they might do peaceful protests ala Thaksin to make young master Lee step down. But that's just a silly dream. Not my dream of course. Wayne's. My dream is just to grow old with xy. Hurhurhur.

Suicide in Johor Bahru
Yesterday we had a relatively fun but tiring day in JB. Travelling in by bus and walking to City Square on foot, we took in the fumes of the city as our tummies growled. I was late by 20 mins la. My fault. Lucky you all forgot to mention I was supposed to treat lunch later. Hurhurhur.
50% off Secret Recipes was good. Cake was good. But what really took the cake was when Lerk&Siwei&April&Angelene saw a dead man at Holiday Plaza after lunch. Engaging in friendly banter with a local pirated DVD seller, I managed to get the information that the guy had committed suicide via jumping off the 5 storey building. As eyewitnesses described, he was lying face down with alot of blood pooling near his mouth. Around him were a crowd of onlookers and the two policemen whom arrived on the scene chose to sit in the comfort of their car and not attend to the crowd. Heh. Maybe they figured since the guy was dead no need to treat as emergency already. This was evident by the fact that they were still there hours later but with a makeshift tarp covering the body and an umbrella on his head.
To make up for their inefficiency, the police decide to take a stroll around holiday plaza. So they walk walk walk walk walk and wherever they walked, the DVD shops close. Then we kenna stuck inside for like 1/2 hr watching some silly Stephen Chow movie... Oh yes. Dinner was fantastic as usual. Around sgd $10 per person. Eat like kings (and queens)... Afterwhich Melanie upped the ante by bringing back 7 pirated discs through customs. Usually I only dare to bring 6. Budden sad for her. Her discs cannot work. Hurhurhur...
Alrighty. Time to go repair my printer. It's got slime inside. Eech.
